My order says fulfilled but I haven’t received it yet. What’s going on?

Fulfilled” means it has been packed and handed over to the courier. You should’ve received a tracking link by now if not, just message us with your order number and we’ll check it right away.

Check your spam folder first, sometimes it sneaks in there! If not, you might have entered a typo in the email at checkout. Just message us with your name and number, and we’ll sort it out.

Ordered too fast and forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still get the offer?
